In cases of mild to moderate hepatitis B, symptoms are generally slight or even absent, and the body's immune system is usually able to clear the virus, preventing progression to more severe conditions; therefore, this situation is considered not serious. However, in severe hepatitis B, persistent liver damage may occur, leading to serious complications.
一般情况下，乙肝指慢性乙型肝炎，是由乙型肝炎病毒引起的一种LiverDisease，是否严重，可以根据病情程度来分析。若有不适，Recommendation及时就医。具体分析如下：
1、如果是轻至中度的慢性乙型肝炎，可能不严重
如果是轻度至中度的慢性乙型肝炎，一般Symptoms轻微，甚至无明显Symptoms，自身的Immunity系统通常能够清除病毒，从而组织进展为更严重的病症，因此这种情况下不严重。
