How to Increase Nasal Bridge Height
There are mainly two categories of methods for increasing nasal bridge height: non-surgical and surgical, such as massage, using nose clips or nasal splints, injectable rhinoplasty, thread lifting rhinoplasty, and prosthetic rhinoplasty. The analysis is as follows:

1. Massage: You can pinch the nasal bridge area with your middle and index fingers. However, this method requires long-term persistence, and the effectiveness varies among individuals. During adolescence, when the body is still developing, theoretically there is still potential for nasal bridge growth. However, the effect of increasing nasal bridge height through massage is not significant.
2. Use of nose clips or nasal splints: Some people may attempt to use nose clips or nasal splints to increase nasal bridge height, but the effectiveness of this method is uncertain, and prolonged use may cause nasal compression and discomfort.
3. Injectable rhinoplasty: This involves injecting fillers such as hyaluronic acid or collagen into the nose to achieve a nasal bridge augmentation effect. Advantages of injectable rhinoplasty include simple operation, minimal discomfort, and rapid recovery. However, the disadvantage is that the results are not long-lasting and require periodic reinjection.
4. Thread lifting rhinoplasty: This involves implanting absorbable protein threads into the dermis to achieve a nasal bridge lifting effect. Advantages of thread lifting rhinoplasty include minimal trauma and rapid recovery. However, the disadvantage is that the results are temporary, typically lasting from six months to one year.
5. Prosthetic rhinoplasty: This involves surgically implanting prosthetic materials such as silicone or expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) into the nose to achieve a permanent nasal bridge augmentation effect. Advantages of prosthetic rhinoplasty include long-lasting results and stable shape. However, disadvantages include greater surgical trauma, longer recovery time, and certain surgical risks.
After surgery, it is important to maintain local cleanliness and dryness, and avoid contact with water to prevent infection.
