Introduction
Use lukewarm water at a temperature of 35–38°C (95–100.4°F); this ensures the pores are fully opened while preventing excessive removal of the skin's natural moisturizing oils. Choose a facial cleanser suitable for your skin type, using only an appropriate amount—roughly the size of a coin. Before applying it to your face, first lather the cleanser thoroughly in the palm of your hand. Use a mild, non-irritating makeup remover to achieve a deep cleansing effect.

Deep facial cleansing helps maintain healthy skin. Common methods of deep facial cleansing include moistening the face with warm water, using makeup remover products, acid peels, microbubble cleansing, and laser exfoliation. The analysis is as follows:

1. Moistening the Face with Warm Water: Use warm water at a temperature of 35–38°C, which sufficiently opens the pores without excessively stripping the skin's natural moisturizing oils. Choose a facial cleanser suitable for your skin type, and use only a small amount, about the size of a coin. Before applying it to your face, thoroughly lather the cleanser in your palm.

2. Using Makeup Remover Products: Apply a gentle, non-irritating makeup remover and gently massage it onto the face in circular motions to achieve deep cleansing. After using the makeup remover, wash your face thoroughly with facial cleanser to prevent residual makeup products from remaining in the pores.

3. Acid Peel: Use products containing ingredients such as fruit acids or salicylic acid to exfoliate and remove dead surface skin cells, unclogging pores. Acid peels accelerate the skin's natural renewal process and help improve uneven skin tone and closed comedones. However, it is important to control the concentration and frequency to avoid excessive irritation or pigmentation.

4. Microbubble Cleansing: Utilizing vacuum negative pressure, microbubbles are combined with nutrient solution to deeply cleanse the skin. This method effectively removes blackheads and makes the skin smoother and finer.

5. Laser Exfoliation: Under the operation of professional medical equipment, specific wavelengths of laser are used to precisely treat the skin. This method is suitable for severe buildup of dead skin cells or skin conditions that cannot be improved through routine skincare. Sun protection measures should be followed before and after treatment according to the physician's instructions.

In daily life, avoid washing your face too frequently or using harsh, irritating cleansing products, as this may damage the skin barrier and lead to dryness and sensitivity.
