5. Coronary artery atherosclerotic heart disease: In patients with coronary heart disease, myocardial necrosis leads to abnormal cardiac conduction, myocardial ischemia and hypoxia, loss of effective atrial contraction function, and absolutely irregular heartbeats, which can trigger atrial fibrillation and may also cause angina. Medications such as aspirin enteric-coated tablets, clopidogrel bisulfate tablets, and lovastatin capsules should be used as directed by a physician to inhibit platelet aggregation and lower cholesterol levels.
