1. Honey

2. Persimmon

4. Cucumber

Consuming Chinese broccoli with cucumber may reduce its nutritional value. Cucumber contains an enzyme that breaks down vitamin C, which can destroy the vitamin C present in Chinese broccoli, thereby lowering its nutritional value.

5. Beef Liver

Combining Chinese broccoli with beef liver may affect health. Beef liver is rich in copper and iron ions, which can rapidly oxidize and inactivate the vitamin C in Chinese broccoli, impairing the absorption and utilization of both nutrients.
