Individuals with spleen and stomach deficiency-cold can appropriately consume lamb, which helps to warm the spleen and stomach and alleviate symptoms of deficiency-cold. Longan is also warm in nature and sweet in taste, with effects of strengthening the heart and spleen, nourishing the blood, and calming the mind.

Generally, individuals with spleen-stomach deficiency coldness can consume foods such as lamb, longan, ginger, glutinous rice, and yam. They may also take medications like Lizhong Pills, Fuzi Lizhong Pills, Jianpi Pills, Xiaojianzhong Mixture, and Xiangsha Yangwei Pills following a doctor's instructions. I. Foods

1. Lamb
