Introduction
Under normal circumstances, common breast lesions include mammary hyperplasia, breast cysts, breast fibroadenoma, mastitis, and breast cancer. If discomfort symptoms occur, it is recommended to seek timely medical consultation at a hospital and follow standardized treatment under the guidance of a physician. It is also advised to maintain a reasonable and healthy lifestyle, balance work and rest, maintain regular作息 (作息 translates to作息 habits or daily routines), and ensure adequate sleep and rest.

Common breast lesions typically include mastopathy, breast cysts, fibroadenoma of the breast, mastitis, and breast cancer. If discomfort occurs, it is recommended to seek timely medical consultation at a hospital and follow standardized treatment under a physician's guidance. A detailed explanation is as follows:

1. Mastopathy

Mastopathy is a benign breast disease caused by abnormal development and regression processes of the breast tissue, potentially associated with endocrine disorders. It presents with cyclical breast pain, diffuse nodules or sheet-like thickening can be palpated, symptoms worsen before menstruation and improve after menstruation; a few cases may be accompanied by nipple discharge.

2. Breast Cysts

Breast cysts are fluid-filled sacs formed due to imbalance between secretion and reabsorption of fluid within the breast, often caused by poor breast structure or inflammation. They can be multiple or solitary, generally asymptomatic, but may cause pain when the size increases significantly.

3. Fibroadenoma of the Breast

This is a common benign breast tumor, frequently occurring in young women aged 20–35 years. It presents as a single, painless mass, firm in texture, with clear borders, good mobility, and slow growth. Most cases are asymptomatic.

4. Mastitis

Mastitis is generally an infectious lesion, commonly seen in lactating women. Patients may experience localized redness, swelling, heat, and pain in the breast, with a palpable tender mass. Severe cases may be accompanied by fever, chills, and, if not treated promptly, abscess formation with a fluctuant sensation.

5. Breast Cancer

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor and ranks first among the incidence of female malignancies. Early stages often present as a single painless mass, hard in texture, with unclear borders and poor mobility. In progressive stages, symptoms may include nipple retraction, bloody nipple discharge, "peau d'orange" (orange peel-like) skin changes, or dimpling. In advanced stages, axillary lymph node enlargement may occur.

It is recommended to maintain a reasonable and healthy lifestyle, balancing work and rest, maintaining regular sleep patterns, and ensuring sufficient sleep and rest. Additionally, consume more foods rich in vitamins, such as spinach, Chinese cabbage, peaches, apples, oranges, and lemons, to enhance immune function.
