Introduction
Ginkgo leaf tablets have an auxiliary improving effect on tinnitus caused by inner ear circulatory disorders and nerve ischemia, but cannot cure all types of tinnitus. Their effectiveness is limited for tinnitus resulting from auditory nerve damage or organic ear lesions. If tinnitus persists or worsens, or is accompanied by hearing loss or dizziness, prompt medical attention is recommended. Ginkgo leaf tablets contain active ingredients.

GBE (Ginkgo biloba extract) tablets can assist in improving tinnitus caused by impaired inner ear circulation and nerve ischemia. However, they cannot cure all types of tinnitus and have limited effectiveness for tinnitus resulting from auditory nerve damage or organic ear diseases. If tinnitus persists or worsens, especially when accompanied by hearing loss or dizziness, prompt medical attention is recommended.

The active ingredients in GBE tablets improve vascular elasticity and dilate small blood vessels, thereby increasing blood supply to the inner ear and auditory nerves. This helps alleviate neural dysfunction caused by ischemia and hypoxia, thus reducing tinnitus symptoms. They are particularly suitable for chronic tinnitus in middle-aged and elderly individuals due to poor microcirculation, though consistent use over a period of time is usually required before noticeable improvement occurs.

It should be noted that tinnitus has complex causes—conditions such as otitis media, acoustic neuroma, and excessive mental stress may all lead to tinnitus, and GBE tablets do not address these underlying causes. Blind use may delay diagnosis and treatment of organic diseases. Additionally, some individuals may experience gastrointestinal discomfort after taking the tablets. Therefore, use should only follow confirmation of diagnosis and under medical guidance.

In daily life, avoid prolonged exposure to noisy environments, reduce frequency and volume of headphone use, maintain regular sleep patterns and avoid staying up late. Manage stress through activities like walking or meditation, keep ears clean, and minimize external stimuli to the auditory nerves.
