It mainly presents as various cutaneous and mucosal lesions, including macular, papular, maculopapular, pustular-papular, or ulcerative types. Notably, its clinical appearance can mimic numerous other dermatoses, earning it the reputation of a “master imitator.” Moreover, the skin lesions of secondary syphilis contain abundant *Treponema pallidum*.
