Introduction
Asymptomatic感染者 have relatively low transmissibility. If a patient is diagnosed as an asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection during quarantine after returning from a business trip, their transmissibility—and the associated harm to the body—is comparatively lower than that of symptomatic COVID-19 patients. Nevertheless, asymptomatic感染者 still require isolation and medical management. In addition, individuals who have had close contact with asymptomatic感染者 must also undergo quarantine and observation.

Recent COVID-19 infections have been relatively severe, frequently disrupting daily life. Some individuals experience asymptomatic COVID-19 infection—meaning the infection occurs without their knowledge. Do asymptomatic感染者 possess strong transmissibility?

Do asymptomatic感染者 have high transmissibility?

The infectivity of asymptomatic感染者 is relatively low. For instance, if a person is diagnosed as an asymptomatic感染者 during quarantine after returning from a business trip, their transmissibility—and the associated harm to their body—is comparatively lower than that of symptomatic COVID-19 patients. Nevertheless, asymptomatic感染者 still require isolation and medical management. Moreover, individuals who have had close contact with asymptomatic感染者 must also undergo quarantine and observation. Although their transmissibility is lower, asymptomatic感染者 can still transmit the virus to others.

The most effective way to prevent asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection is wearing a mask. When outdoors, we cannot know whether those around us are asymptomatic carriers—or even whether they themselves are aware of their status. To fundamentally prevent asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection, it is advisable to minimize unnecessary outings during pandemic periods. When going outside, wear a mask, maintain a distance of 1–2 meters from others, wash hands thoroughly upon returning home, and ensure regular indoor ventilation.

Regular physical exercise helps enhance the body’s resistance and immune function. Diet should emphasize light, easily digestible foods; avoid greasy or spicy, irritating foods. Consume more fresh vegetables and fruits rich in vitamins. We hope this information proves helpful to you!
