Early Symptoms of Submandibular Lymphoma
Submandibular lymphoma refers to malignant lymphoma arising in the submandibular region. Its most common early local symptom is painless, progressive enlargement of the submandibular lymph nodes. Cervical lymphadenopathy is the most frequent manifestation, accounting for 60–80% of all cases of lymph node enlargement, whereas inguinal lymphadenopathy occurs less commonly.

2. Irregular Fever
This symptom commonly occurs in patients with lymphoreticular sarcoma and is frequently accompanied by mild-to-moderate superficial lymphadenopathy. In some patients, the enlarged lymph nodes are relatively soft and even mobile—a characteristic feature of malignant lymphoma. 3. Pruritus
Pruritus is a distinctive clinical feature of lymphoreticular sarcoma. It may be localized or generalized. Generalized pruritus is particularly common in patients with mediastinal or abdominal involvement and represents one of the recognized systemic manifestations of malignant lymphoma. Early recognition and intervention are therefore critical.
