Kidney stones: It is advisable to reduce alcohol consumption, and ideally avoid it altogether. Patients with kidney stones must undergo active treatment based on the severity of their condition. For larger stones, surgical intervention may be necessary; for milder cases, conservative management is often appropriate—this includes drinking plenty of water, consuming ample fresh vegetables and fruits, and engaging in regular physical activity.
