Is a blood pressure of 99/67 mmHg considered hypotension?
Disease description:
I recently had a physical examination, and the report indicated my blood pressure was 99/67 mmHg. I’m unsure whether this is high or low. Could you please tell me whether a blood pressure reading of 99/67 mmHg constitutes hypotension?
Considering the patient’s blood pressure, which falls within the normal range, it is advisable to consume more nutrient-rich foods in daily life, such as chicken soup, fish soup, and pork rib soup. Normal blood pressure ranges from 90–120 mmHg for systolic pressure and 60–90 mmHg for diastolic pressure. Both low and high blood pressure can adversely affect health and may contribute to various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
