Main Hazards of Masturbation
Disease description:
I frequently masturbate. What are the main potential harms associated with masturbation?
Masturbation-related harms may lead to certain symptoms of neurasthenia, such as dizziness, difficulty concentrating, memory decline, and slowed thinking. Chronic excessive masturbation (e.g., four to five times per week—or even daily) may impair normal sexual function. Prolonged, frequent masturbation often imposes significant psychological stress, reduces sperm quality, diminishes libido, and may ultimately hinder normal marital sexual activity—all of which can adversely affect fertility.
