Itching of the testicles in men may result from physiological factors or underlying diseases. Excessive tension, high stress levels, or significant emotional changes can all trigger testicular itching. Additionally, men with allergic constitutions may develop itching after their scrotum comes into contact with allergens. Itching may also be caused by scrotal eczema; therefore, medical evaluation is recommended.
