My legs are somewhat thick, and I don’t look very good in skirts. I’d like to slim down my legs through exercise—what types of exercise would be effective for this?

Jumping rope is an excellent aerobic exercise with no space limitations; yoga can be practiced before bedtime, and dancing can easily be done at home.
