What Are the Symptoms of Chronic Gastric Perforation?
Disease description:
I’ve been experiencing persistent abdominal pain and constipation recently. After visiting the hospital, my doctor diagnosed me with chronic gastric perforation. What are the symptoms of chronic gastric perforation?
Chronic gastric perforation presents with symptoms including severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, generalized fatigue, constipation, and fever. It may result from incomplete treatment of chronic gastritis or from prolonged irregular eating habits—such as binge eating. Additionally, long-term use of glucocorticoid medications or persistent psychological stress cannot be ruled out as contributing factors.
