The child has had a runny nose for three to four days. The child’s older sister suggested giving them Children’s Paracetamol, Chlorphenamine, and Artificial Cow-Bezoar Granules. I’d like to know whether it is appropriate to administer this medication to an infant with a runny nose.

Generally acceptable. The symptoms described above in infants are typically caused by common viral infections.
