Recently, my friend exhibited symptoms of anemia, and a hospital examination revealed that it was caused by primary myelofibrosis. Is primary myelofibrosis more severe than leukemia?

Primary myelofibrosis and leukemia are entirely distinct diseases; however, both can pose life-threatening risks if not treated promptly and are therefore considered serious conditions.
