Hello, individuals in the pre-AIDS (early HIV infection) stage may experience decreased appetite and weight loss, often resulting in rapid, unexplained weight loss over a short period. Some symptoms resemble those of the common cold, such as persistent coughing that is difficult to resolve; blood-tinged sputum; chest pain; and progressive skin lesions—initially presenting as herpes-like blisters that gradually enlarge and cause significant pain. Additionally, patients may develop mucosal inflammation and ulceration in the mouth and pharynx. We hope this information is helpful to you. Wishing you a happy and healthy life.
