Effects of Low Androgen Levels: In males, low androgen (testosterone) levels may impair the development of genital organs, potentially resulting in conditions such as micropenis and abnormal testicular development. Low androgen levels can also adversely affect sperm quality, leading to asthenozoospermia (reduced sperm motility), oligozoospermia (low sperm count), and necrozoospermia (high percentage of non-viable sperm), thereby compromising normal conception; in severe cases, this may lead to male infertility.
