Shortly after kidney cancer surgery, patients should primarily consume liquid and semi-liquid foods to reduce gastrointestinal burden and facilitate digestion and absorption. Around one week postoperatively, small amounts of high-protein, high-vitamin foods—such as eggs, milk, fish, or shrimp—may be gradually introduced to provide essential nutrients and support recovery.
