Hello,
If you discover a lipoma on your body, a single lesion can be treated surgically via excision. However, if multiple small lipomas are present throughout the body and surgical intervention is not feasible or tolerable, pharmacological treatment with medications that reduce swelling and disperse nodules may be considered. Traditional Chinese medicines such as Xiao Jin Wan (Xiao Jin Pills), Xie Ku Cao Jiao Nang (Prunella Vulgaris Capsules), and Nei Xiao Luo Li Wan (Internal Dissolving Scrofula Pills) may offer some therapeutic benefit.
