This condition is typically caused by calcium deficiency, but it may also result from prolonged standing or excessive work. Patients should rest adequately and consume foods rich in calcium and vitamins. If symptoms do not improve, a complete blood count (CBC) test at a hospital is recommended; if inflammation or infection is detected, prompt anti-inflammatory treatment is necessary. Patients are also advised to maintain warmth in daily life.
