People with damp-heat in the body can drink soy milk, which is rich in protein and has effects of clearing heat, preventing heatstroke, promoting body fluid production, relieving thirst, dispelling cold, and keeping warm. They can also consume foods that help eliminate dampness, such as mung beans, cucumbers, and bitter melon, which are beneficial for reducing dampness. Damp-heat in the body may cause symptoms such as excessive sweating, fatigue, decreased appetite, and sticky skin. Patients may use Sanhuang Decoction (San Huang Tang) and Shenling Baizhu Powder (Shen Ling Bai Zhu San) for treatment to resolve dampness.
