Proctitis can generally be treated through methods such as enema or medication, and it commonly presents symptoms including fever, loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting. Oral administration of levofloxacin tablets and ornidazole tablets can be used to control infection and reduce the toxic effects of bacteria. If other diseases are suspected, further examinations such as abdominal CT, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), or ultrasound may be performed.
