Dr. Wang Lei
Hyponatremia may present symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, decreased blood pressure, coma, and vomiting. Patients with mild to moderate hyponatremia may experience lethargy, weakness, apathy, dull gaze, and orthostatic syncope. In addition to mild symptoms, patients with moderate to severe hyponatremia may also develop hypotension, headache, and somnolence. Severely affected individuals may progress to coma, seizures, and epilepsy, and in severe cases, respiratory failure may occur.
