A lump forming in the scrotum may result from infection due to unhygienic sexual contact, and can occur on the scrotum, foreskin, glans penis, or other areas. Its volume, size, and number may increase over time. It could also be a sebaceous cyst, which typically forms when sebaceous gland ducts become blocked, causing accumulation of glandular contents, often presenting as round skin tumors. It is advisable to wear loose, clean underwear and to wash the genital area after exercise.
