Dr. Jiang Weimin
Patients with kidney cancer are not advised to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, as the disease is very serious and significantly depletes the body, potentially causing weakness. Vaccination may harm the patient's health. However, after completing surgery for kidney cancer and undergoing more than six months of subsequent comprehensive treatment, patients may receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Before and after vaccination, smoking and alcohol consumption should be avoided, adequate rest is recommended, and overall physical health should be maintained in a stable condition.
