Are cracks on the top of the feet accompanied by erythema indicative of AIDS?

I’ve noticed cracking on the skin of the top of my feet over the past two days, along with numerous red patches on the dorsum of my feet. I recall reading somewhere that this might be a symptom of HIV/AIDS—could you please clarify whether this is true?

Although HIV/AIDS itself is a serious sexually transmitted infection with numerous symptoms, skin changes such as fissures and erythematous patches on the dorsum of the foot are generally unrelated to HIV/AIDS.
Firstly, early-stage HIV infection typically presents with systemic symptoms—including fever, arthralgia, diarrhea, and lymphadenopathy—rather than prominent skin manifestations. Fissures on the dorsum of the foot are most commonly attributable to simple striae atrophicae (stretch marks), fissured eczema, or allergic contact dermatitis triggered by various allergens or irritants—all of which may produce such clinical features.
