Clarithromycin and cefradine
Disease description:
I have ear cerumen impaction. The doctor advised me to continue taking anti-inflammatory medication. I have clarithromycin and cephalexin at home. Can clarithromycin and cephalexin be taken together?
Clarithromycin and cephalexin can be taken together. Since both clarithromycin and cephalexin are antibiotics, they may be used concurrently. However, during treatment, taking clarithromycin alone is usually sufficient, making additional use of cephalexin unnecessary. It is important to follow medical advice strictly while on medication and avoid self-medicating.
