Lower abdominal heaviness, vaginal itching, and back pain may be caused by gynecological inflammation. Due to inflammatory stimulation, pathogenic bacteria grow and multiply within the vagina, leading to obvious symptoms such as edema and congestion in pelvic tissues. In severe cases, erosion may occur, and even pelvic effusion can develop, causing fluid to accumulate in the rectouterine pouch, thereby triggering the aforementioned symptoms.
