Possible causes of thalamic hemorrhage include the following:
1. If hypertension is not promptly controlled, a sudden spike in blood pressure may lead to thalamic hemorrhage. In such cases, it is recommended to follow medical advice and use medications such as amlodipine or nifedipine to manage the condition.
2. Traumatic brain injury due to external impact may also result in thalamic hemorrhage caused by rupture of cerebral blood vessels.
