Cerebral hemorrhage generally should not be treated with Xuesaitong, because cerebral hemorrhage is mainly caused by conditions such as rupture of blood vessels in the brain, coagulation disorders, or hypertension. Xuesaitong primarily functions to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. Its use may reduce coagulation function, worsen symptoms of cerebral hemorrhage, and lead to re-bleeding.
