Today I was diagnosed with sinus arrhythmia, but I've been taking clindamycin for the past two days. Can I continue taking clindamycin if I have sinus arrhythmia?

Patients with sinus arrhythmia can generally take clindamycin. During episodes of sinus arrhythmia, if there are signs of infection or inflammation—such as acute sinusitis, tonsillitis, or respiratory tract infections—clindamycin may be appropriately used under medical supervision to help alleviate the condition. Clindamycin usually does not worsen the symptoms of sinus arrhythmia.
