Women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) do not experience sexual indifference. PCOS may lead to menopause, irregular menstrual cycles, hirsutism, obesity, acne, hyperandrogenemia, and insulin resistance, making it more difficult for women to become pregnant. Female sexual indifference is mostly caused by psychological factors, individual physical differences, and decreased secretion of sex hormones.
