Pregnancy with a thin uterine wall is risky. It may increase the likelihood of miscarriage and even lead to other complications. However, there's no need for excessive worry. In late pregnancy, if there are no contractions, it's advisable to engage in appropriate daily exercise rather than staying in bed all day, as prolonged bed rest can increase the risk of thrombotic diseases. However, if contractions occur or the uterine fundus is particularly thin, pregnancy should be terminated early.
