Chlamydia trachomatis-positive symptoms appear as numerous small granules to the naked eye. Patients constantly feel a foreign body sensation in their eyes and frequently rub them, yet the discomfort persists strangely due to these small granules. Moreover, patients experience photophobia; when exposed to light, they quickly close their eyes, appearing visibly distressed.
