Dr. Li Mingchuan
In men, testicular sagging may be caused by conditions such as varicocele. In cases of varicocele, one testicle may droop, the veins within the scrotum become twisted, forming a lump-like dilated vein cluster, often accompanied by symptoms such as swelling and pain in the testicle. Generally, lying down can alleviate these symptoms, but they tend to become more pronounced after standing upright or engaging in prolonged heavy labor. If the condition is not severe, medications such as Diosmin tablets (Diosmine) or Detralex (horse chestnut extract) may be taken.
