Testicular sagging is caused by temperature changes, diseases, and other factors. When the temperature is high, the scrotal skin relaxes, causing the testicles to hang lower; when the temperature is low, the scrotal skin contracts, pulling the testicles upward. This is a very common physiological phenomenon. In patients with orchitis, not only do the testicles sag, but they also experience a noticeable sensation of heaviness. Additionally, the scrotal skin swells, the testicles become enlarged, and touching them causes pain.
