What causes slight bleeding again fourteen days after menstruation has ended?
Disease description:
Fourteen days after the end of menstruation, there is some bleeding again. I would like to know what could be the cause of spotting that occurs fourteen days after menstrual bleeding has stopped?
Spotting 14 days after menstruation may be caused by cervical polyps, cervical erosion, or cervical intraepithelial lesions. These conditions can be treated with laser therapy or loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP). However, it is also highly likely due to endocrine disorders, and cannot rule out causes such as colds or inflammatory infections. Patients should go to the hospital to determine the underlying cause and receive treatment based on their symptoms.
