Can I eat kudzu starch noodles after coronary stent surgery for coronary heart disease?
Disease description:
I have coronary heart disease and recently underwent stent placement surgery. I would like to eat some kudzu root vermicelli today—may I consume kudzu root vermicelli after a coronary stent procedure?
Patients who have undergone stent placement for coronary heart disease can generally consume kudzu root starch noodles. Kudzu root starch noodles are typically made from kudzu root and are believed to benefit the kidneys, strengthen the spleen, nourish the stomach, promote tranquility, and clear heat and toxins. Moderate consumption may help eliminate toxins from the body, enhance nutritional intake, and provide certain health benefits for patients with coronary heart disease. Additionally, they may assist in preventing, to some extent, conditions such as hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, and diabetes.
