Penile blisters may be caused by genital herpes or allergic dermatitis. This condition could also result from wearing poor-quality underwear that causes excessive skin friction. If the patient has a viral infection or transmission through sexual activity, blisters on the penis may also occur. This condition might additionally be due to inflammation and infection of the glans or candidiasis.
