Descending colon polyps typically present symptoms such as blood in the stool, constipation, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. These polyps mostly refer to elevated lesions occurring on the mucosa of the lower left side of the colon and are associated with genetic factors and inflammatory irritation. Polyps can be removed via electrocautery. It is advisable to avoid prolonged sitting in daily life.
