Symptoms of milk eczema
Disease description:
Recently, my child has been crying incessantly, and his skin appears slightly red. After taking him to the hospital for a checkup, the doctor said he has developed milk crust (infantile eczema). What are the symptoms of milk crust?
The main symptoms of milk rash (infantile eczema) are skin lesions. Patients typically develop recurrent redness, papules, and even blisters or erosion on the face, cheeks, between the eyebrows, and scalp. Affected infants may also exhibit symptoms such as scratching with hands, irritability, and poor sleep. In severe cases, feeding may be affected, leading to poor growth and underweight in the child.
