Milk eczema, also known as infantile eczema, is mainly treated with general management and medication. 1. General management: Clean the baby frequently, use moisturizers appropriately, dress the baby in cotton clothing, promptly wipe away milk residue from the face, and mothers who are breastfeeding should maintain a light diet. 2. Medication: For more severe cases of infantile eczema, weak-potency topical corticosteroid creams may be applied locally as directed by a physician, such as hydrocortisone butyrate cream or compound clobetasone propionate cream.
