After chemotherapy for lung adenocarcinoma, patients may experience bone marrow suppression, manifested as reductions in white blood cells, platelets, and red blood cells. Gastrointestinal adverse reactions may also occur, including decreased appetite, impaired digestion, nausea, and vomiting.
