How to treat synovial fluid accumulation in fatigue-induced synovitis

Synovitis with effusion due to fatigue requires anti-infective treatment along with bacterial culture. If no infection is found, an MRI should be performed to assess the amount of fluid. If there is a large amount of fluid that cannot be absorbed, aspiration may be carried out. Overwork, cold exposure, and trauma can lead to synovial hyperplasia, inflammation, and adhesions. Effusion is primarily caused by inflammation, insufficient lubrication, or excessive sebum secretion.
