After cerebral arteriosclerosis occurs, there are generally no specific manifestations in the early stage. It may present as transient ischemic attacks. During the progressive phase, patients may experience dizziness, visual disturbances, language disorders including impaired comprehension and expressive difficulties, dysphagia, and limb motor incoordination. Additionally, abnormalities such as slowed movements, hesitant and slow speech, slightly increased muscle tone, or hyperactive tendon reflexes may also be present.
