Atypical Kawasaki disease can be diagnosed based on clinical symptoms and relevant examinations. When a patient has atypical Kawasaki disease, they will experience unexplained fever that persists in a high-grade state, accompanied by red lips and diffuse congestion in the pharynx and oral cavity. Additionally, symptoms such as extremity induration and edema, as well as skin rashes, may occur. Blood routine tests reveal significant abnormalities in white blood cells and red blood cells.
